Most people think of disasters as something natural like an earthquake or tornado or even man-made like a terrorist attack. This is what we think of when we hear the term “emergency prep.” More then likely, the things we should be preparing for are common day-to-day emergencies. Like, you or your spouse lose your job. How about the interest rates on food and other goods that are skyrocketing even now. Gas prices climbing to all-time highs.
Most of us would call these emergencies, but have we prepared for them? How would we survive without that extra income for food or gas.
Each month we will focus on certain ways to be prepared.
If you are a preparedness specialist in your church and aren’t quite sure what to do. This is a great place to start.
